Cooking for the family: If you’re adding Encala to a meal after it’s been prepared, remove the portion for the person taking Encala and add Encala to that portion. All of the recipes here can be prepared omitting Encala. The Encala can be added separately so that the family can enjoy their meal together and everyone gets the nutrition they need.
