2 ripe avocados (240g)
1/4 cup regular cocoa powder
1/4 cup dutch cocoa OR melted chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt; sweetener of choice to taste (I like 1/4 cup pure maple syrup)
3-4 tablespoons almond milk
1 tablespoon Encala
Optional: roasted nuts or M&Ms
Mix the mash from both avocados, the cocoa powder, dutch cocoa/melted chocolate chips, vanilla extract, salt and sweetener in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Heat 4 tablespoons of almond milk in the microwave for 20 seconds and mix 1 tablespoon of Encala until completely dissolved, then add to the rest of the recipe and mix.
Tip: You can add roasted nuts or M&Ms to the recipe as toppings.
