Avocado Toast
Ingredients
1 teaspoon Encala
1/2 avocado
1 slice bread
Optional: egg, lime, balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Add 1 teaspoon of Encala to 1/2 an avocado and mash, then spread on toast and add your favorite things – an egg, lime juice, or a splash of balsamic vinegar.
