Chia Pudding

1 cup milk (hemp, oat, almond, rice, cashew, or even traditional)
1 scoop of Encala
¼ cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon maple syrup (+ or – to taste)
Fresh fruit or fruit preserves


Thoroughly incorporate the milk and Encala, making sure the powder completely dissolved.
Mix in the chia seeds and maple syrup and stir to combine, making sure any clumps of chia seeds are broken up and separated.
Cover and refrigerate for 4+ hours (or overnight).
To serve, grab a spoon and your favorite fruit and toppings.
