Chocolate Nut Butter Mug Cake


2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon coconut flour
1 teaspoon Encala
¼ teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon granulated sweetener of choice
1 tablespoon nut butter of choice
2 tablespoons unsweetened applesauce
1-2 tablespoons milk of choice
1 tablespoon chocolate chips (optional)


In a microwave safe bowl, add all dry ingredients (including Encala) and mix well.
Add your chosen nut butter and unsweetened applesauce and mix well.
Using a tablespoon, add you milk of choice and mix until a gooey batter remains.
Microwave for 50 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave wattage, and enjoy!
