Energy Bites


1 tablespoon Encala
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup old fashion oats
1/3 cup honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup ground flax seeds (optional)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips (optional)


First, Mix the Encala with the peanut butter in a separate bowl.
Then, add the oats, honey, chia seeds, vanilla, flax seeds, and chocolate chips to another bowl and stir.
Next, pour peanut butter into bowl with all the other ingredients and mix thoroughly until combined.
Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.
Feel free to enjoy immediately, place in the fridge to enjoy later, or freeze so they last longer!
