Fruit Mousse

Ingredients

1 can condensed milk (14 oz)
3 tablespoons Encala
1 cup concentrated passion fruit juice
1 can Media Crema table cream (7.6 oz)
1 packet colorless gelatin powder (1 oz), hydrated and melted as per package instructions

Instructions

Heat condensed milk in microwave for 30 seconds.
Mix Encala in warmed milk (3 tablespoons milk per 1 tablespoon Encala).
Add passion fruit juice, table cream, condensed milk and Encala mixture in a blender until you get an aerated cream.
Incorporate the melted gelatin and beat for 1- 2 minutes to mix well.
Dispense in individual cups and refrigerate for 4- 6 hours or until consistent.
