1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon Encala
2 slices bread
sliced cheddar or provolone cheese
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a small dish and stir in 1 teaspoon of Encala.
Add garlic powder if desired.
Brush the melted butter onto a slice of bread and top with sliced cheddar or provolone cheese.
Top with another slice of bread and then brush that slice of bread with butter as well.
Toast over medium heat in a dry skillet until golden.
