Italian Straw Bites
2 cans sweetened and condensed milk
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon Encala
5 tablespoons cocoa powder
400g “Maria” cookies
1 cup refined sugar
Put the sweetened and condensed milk in a heated pan.
Add the butter, Encala and cocoa powder and stir until the mixture begins to release from the pan.
Break up the cookies and add them to the mixture.
Remove pan from heat.
Spread in a baking mould and refrigerate for 6 hours.
Sprinkle sugar on top and enjoy!
