Meaty Scrambled Eggs

meaty scrambled eggs


1 serving of your favorite breakfast meat
2-3 eggs
1 scoop Encala
Shredded cheese
Salsa (optional)


Cook 1-2 bacon slices, sausage links or other breakfast meat; drain excess fat and cut into small pieces.
Melt butter in pan with medium low heat.
In a bowl, scramble 2-3 eggs along with sliced meat and one scoop of Encala.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add egg mixture to pan, stirring over medium low heat.
When eggs are almost cooked, mix in shredded cheese.
Serve with a topping of salsa.
