½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1 teaspoon Encala
1/8 teaspoon salt
¾ cup milk of choice (water can also be used) and any toppings you would like to mix in
In a container or jar with a lid, stir together the oats, Encala, salt, milk, and any other toppings you wish to mix in.
Once finished mixing thoroughly, secure the lid and refrigerate the oats overnight (at least 4-5 hours).
When finished refrigerating and ready to eat, remove the oats from the refrigerator and give them one final stir.
If consistency is too dry, feel free to add extra milk or water for desired texture.
Add any additional toppings that you would like and enjoy!
Overnight oats will keep for up to 5 days in the refrigerator.
