6 oz pasta
6 oz red sauce
1 scoop Encala
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
Mix 1 teaspoon of Encala into a ½ cup of your favorite Spaghetti sauce–with or without meat.
Mix until well incorporated and ladle over a dish of cooked pasta.
Top with freshly grated Parmesan–because a little bit of cheese never hurts.
