PB&J Smoothie

PB&J Smoothie


1 frozen banana sliced
¼ cup peanut butter
¼ cup frozen raspberries
¼ cup whole milk
¼ cup whole vanilla yogurt
1 scoop Encala


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Change it up by using different fruits or flavored yogurt.
