Protein Bread


6 egg whites
1 cup almond flour
3 tablespoons Encala
10 tablespoons psyllium
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup warm water
2 pinches salt


Beat the egg whites into soft peaks and mix in the almond flour.
Add 3 tablespoons of Encala and 10 tablespoons of psyllium to the bowl and mix very well.
In a separate bowl, dissolve the baking powder in a cup of warm water, then mix in the dough.
Add salt and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350° F and bake.
