Scallion Compound Butter


½ pound (2 sticks) butter, softened
⅓ cup scallions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon Encala
1 teaspoon garlic, fresh minced
1 teaspoon parsley, fresh chopped
Salt & pepper to taste


Using a gloved hand, thoroughly incorporate all the ingredients. Really get in there and squish things until you have a homogeneous butter.
Adjust for seasonings and enjoy!
Refrigerate or freeze your compound butter to utilize on future meals.
