3 tablespoons margarine
½ cup Maizena tea
¼ cup tea wheat flour
3 tablespoons Encala
3 tablespoons refined sugar
1 teaspoon orange zest
2 teaspoons orange juice
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a container add all the ingredients, except the orange juice.
Form a dough with your hands, adding the orange juice little by little. Do not add everything if you notice that the mass is already homogeneous and malleable.
On a baking paper lined tray, make mini donuts with the dough. You should get between 20 and 25 cookies.
Bake for 15 minutes or less, watching carefully. Cookies should not brown.
For an extra sweet treat, spreading chocolate on top makes for a delicious combination.
