Get in touch with us

  1. Your healthcare provider recommends Encala
  2. Complete the Reimbursement Support Form with your healthcare provider
  3. Send the completed form to our Reimbursement Support Team by emailing it to Reimburse@EnvaraHealth.com 

We get to work

  1. We’ll research available coverage options
  2. We’ll relay coverage results and any out-of-pocket costs you may have
  3. If applicable, we’ll assist with prior authorizations and/or appeals

You get what you need

  1. We’ll connect you with suppliers for Encala, regardless of insurance coverage determination
  2. We’ll continue to provide support for future orders of Encala

If your doctor recommends Encala™ for you to treat a specific diagnosed medical condition, any amount you pay out of pocket for Encala may be tax deductible as a medical expense or eligible for reimbursement under a health flexible spending account (FSA), health saving account (HSA), health reimbursement account (HRA), or other tax-favored health plan.  To deduct or receive reimbursement for the cost of Encala, you may need to have certain documentation, including a receipt for your purchase of Encala and a doctor’s written recommendation.
